About the event
Noa Matz is a social psychologist who works with numerous VCs, accelerators, and startups to see if startup founders and teams have the psychological make-up necessary to make the company a success. She has an MA in Social Psychology from the IDC and is the founder of TeamDiligent (https://www.teamdiligent.com/). Topics of her talk will include co-founder psychology, what VCs look for in startup founders, and building a work culture aimed towards success.
