Account Manager grows client relationships to facilitate their continuing investment in sponsorships. They will become experts in Sponsorship strategy able to guide clients intelligently to meet their KPIs and cultivate relationships with content creators to broker the purchase of media on their behalf. Additionally, AMs will be responsible for identifying possible new clients that the Agency team would like to take on as a client.
Responsibilities: ⦁ Understand the clients’ advertising needs, and develop the ideal marketing solution ⦁ Demonstrating expertise in the company’s platform ⦁ Negotiating deals with content creators. ⦁ Supporting the growth of the Agency through pitching activity ⦁ Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals by achieving (and exceeding) your quarterly targets
Requirements: ⦁ Self-motivated and results-oriented ⦁ Excellent people skills ⦁ Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills ⦁ Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment ⦁ Strong English Required ⦁ Strong computer skills
