fast-growing startup with proven product-market fit and a steady revenue stream is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing sales TLV team!
You’ll be working directly with our EVP Revenue and will play a crucial role in expanding the client base and accelerating the revenue growth.
Responsibilties: - Manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, demos, POC, contract negotiation, and closing deals virtually as well as face-to-face - Generate your own lead pipeline via multi-channel outbound hunting and work collaboratively with our SDR team to prioritize your time and maintain clean CRM data - Understand customers’ goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority - Tenaciously follow-through on all sale opportunities while thoughtfully overcoming objections - Continuously refine your tactics, your pitch, and your approach - Ensure new clients are smoothly handed off to your colleagues in Customer Success so we can successfully onboard them Most importantly, meet or exceed sales quota
Requirements: - A track record of over-achievement in a quota-carrying role at a similar company - Must - A wealth of experience selling similar products to compliance or due diligence professionals – A strong advantage - An understanding of how background checks or similar products are purchased and used – A strong advantage - Proven experience in forecasting and account planning - A strong internal locus of control and growth mindset - An ability to sell by showcasing value and communicating with empathy - A person who’s flexible, coachable, open to giving and receiving feedback, and able to adjust on the fly - Experience with Sales-stack, including tools such as: Salesforce, Gong, etc. - BA or BSc degree
