A successful book and digital content distribution company located in Tel Aviv is looking for a full time Admin Assistant to join their team!
The company is looking for an admin assistant assist in a diverse role to drive key growth points of the company's business!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all sales operations including preparing quotations, interactions with suppliers, processing orders.
- Managing all aspects of our company websites.
- Liaising with suppliers in ensuring their print books are getting to their customers on time. Organizing and entering updated info in their order tracking tool.
- Handling company files
- Work closely with different departments to prioritize and support decision making.
Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years of experience.
- English – Fluent.
- Hebrew – Conversational (comfortable enough to speak to customers in Hebrew, but can write emails in English if needed).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication as you will be the point of contact for the company's employees, customers and suppliers
- Ability to work independently and a fast learner
- Great flexibility and readiness for a variety of changing jobs.
