Customer experience operations require passion and determination, keep the big picture in focus while paying attention to many details.Top Daily Responsibilities:Perform quality audit & troubleshoot campaign implementation requestsCoordinate with our outsourcing vendorMaster multiple aspects of the ad platform and toolsRequired Skills:BA/BS Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, (Digital Marketing skills preferred)Minimum one year of experience in advertising sales, marketing, customer service, customer successService oriented approachHigh attention to detailsAbility to work in a multicultural environment, and as part of cross-functional teamsMaster support tools and processes to drive forward improvements in the service we give to our customers and sales teams.
Responsibilities:Perform quality audits to assure tier 1-3 handling is up to requirements.Coordinate campaign implementation with our outsourcing vendorAttend sales & vendor office hours as requiredResolve & troubleshoot Sales / client requestsCoordinate with Product Specialists, QA, Engineers and Product team members on bug escalation
Qualifications:BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.Experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.Service oriented approach English - Oral and written proficiencyStrong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite; Specifically, highly proficient in Excel
