Key Responsibilities • Provide rapid response and resolution to complex customer incidents • Reproduce and provide substantive updates to customers regarding
reported issues/defects • Contribute to the support knowledgebase • Demonstrate initiative, agility and follow through on areas of responsibility
Requirements • 2+ years of experience in software technical support or a similar position • Problem solving abilities - thinks outside the box with a ‘can do’ attitude • Proven ability to troubleshoot system and applications flows and provide
solutions • High level of written and verbal communication skills in English • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of support processes and procedures
Advantage: • German or French speaking – strong advantage • Experience of healthcare IT • Experience with Microsoft technology (WIN Server 2008/2012, WMI, Power
Shell, Registry, Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS) • Knowledge of SQL Server 2012 and above (installation, configuration,
backup and restore, SQL scripting). • Experience with virtualization technologies (both System and Application
solutions) • Experience with WinOS • Experience with SQL and an understanding of relational database systems • Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Jira, etc.)
