The Business Analyst position requires expertise in retail customer onboarding processes, research/analytical skills and strong communication skills. A basic knowledge of project management practices is beneficial but may also be learned on the job.
The ideal candidate excels at problem-solving and analysis and can seamlessly transition between back-end tasks (e.g. research, testing, drafting business requirements) to communication-centric tasks (e.g. liaising with external eKYC vendors and/or internal stakeholders).
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Support project-based work consisting of research, testing, vendor onboarding, data analysis/sampling, new process/procedure launches;
Document processes and workflows;
Read and write business requirements for onboarding processes;
Directly communicate with prospective and existing third party vendors and internal stakeholders;
nProvide ongoing support via interfacing with internal Operations, Product Development, Financial Crimes Compliance, Info Security and third-party vendors;
Maintain excellent understanding of onboarding policies and procedures, able to present this information clearly and succinctly to internal and external parties;
Implement solutions to improve onboarding policies and procedures;
Oversee the implementation of new technologies;
Perform recurring and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management
Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in Israel
English at a professional level (written and verbal)
Minimum one (1) year of experience in a Business Analyst role working with Agile methodologies - writing user stories and business requirements strongly preferred;
Intermediate experience with JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills;
Ability to retrieve and interpret data with accuracy and efficiency;
Detail-oriented and highly organized;
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision;
All candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality, determine priorities and follow up in a timely fashion
BA/BS degree or some college plus equivalent work experience in a related field
Office Location: Har Hotzvim,Jerusalem (Work from home an option.)
Hours: Full time, 42.5 hours per week; Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; Friday, 8am-2:30pm (summer) / 7am-1:30pm (winter). (PLUS 20 vacation days a year and holidays)
