Responsibilities
Manage a variety of different UA platform hands -on, ownership over specific activities
Analyze KPIs for ongoing optimization of paid acquisition to achieve volume, quality and ROI
Data-centric role, where analytics form the foundation for strategy, optimization, goal setting
Creative testing across platforms and Geos
Develop new insights and process improvements for UA, analysis, and internal work-flows
Collaborate with product, analyst, research & creative teams regularly on exciting, industry-first projects
What we expect
2+ years hands on global performance marketing experience - must
Extensive experience driving growth through paid Native UA channels- Must
Exceptional analytical skills and experience working in a metrics-driven environment - must
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Advanced Formulas, Data manipulation) able to summarize large data sets into clear visuals
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Innovative and independent someone who thinks outside the box, always interested in the latest trends, building their own opportunities forward
