At Oriient we are building the world’s most advanced and scalable Indoor GPS technology. We are a VC-backed company, with paying customers and very rapid growth. We are looking for a full-time Shift Manager for a call center that remotely supervises our mappers in the field.
What the job entails:
The “mapping center” provides remote support for Oriient’s field mappers, surveying sites, primarily in the US. You will need to lead and manage Oriient’s daily mapping operations while the mapping center supervisors are guiding and monitoring the field workers.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and processing feedback from your team, verifying mapping schedule and hours and assisting your team with troubleshooting.
Work is during the evening/night hours (usually between 17:00 to 02:00) at the company’s Tel Aviv office (Yigal Alon).
You will join our talented team, to help us activate the service in more and more buildings around the world and allow people to navigate indoors.
Fluent English at a native level / very high proficiency
Availability to work at nights
Experience in leading a team is a MUST - in a call center environment is a plus!
Sense of direction and orientation - ability to quickly understand locations on a map
Patient and detail-oriented
Ability to quickly learn how to use computer programs and apps
Be able to adapt and react quickly and with a clear head in troubleshooting situations
Positive attitude towards people and good communication skills
Experience as a guide or instructor, with proven skills to help people complete a new task
Ability to multitask and lead several people simultaneously
An energetic leader capable of motivating a team
