Coinmama (Ramat Gan, Bursa) is seeking a Customer Analyst for an exciting position at a fast-growing Fintech start-up.
As a Customer Analyst, you will be part of our compliance team and responsible for reviewing, monitoring and verifying customers. After internal training, you will work independently and collaboratively with all support staff to achieve an efficient and effective AML (Anti Money Laundering) execution.
Job involves:
High AML/KYC understanding (after in-house training)
Customer risk assessment
Customer correspondence
Assist in guiding content creation for the company’s products and customer
guidelines
Job requirements:
Independent and well organized
High attention to details
Fluent in English, writing and speaking
Analytical and capable of deductive thinking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy a bonus
Law degree / regulatory background a bonus
