a new-age travel startup, disrupting the ski holiday industry, is scaling rapidly and looking for talented and ski-passionated Customer Service Representatives to join our awesome team in Israel.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate ski evangelists!
**Responsibilities**
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Serve as the main point of contact for our customers throughout their journey
Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap
**Requirements**
Ski experience - At least 2 - 4 ski trips made in European ski resorts
At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent English & Hebrew communication and presentation skills
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Experience working with support and CRM systems, preferably the following platforms: Hubspot, Zendesk and Intercom - advantage
