A successful startup which with unique SAAS platform that allows for global companies to better understand user behavior is looking for a highly analytical individual to serve as a Customer Success Manager in their TLV office!
Responsibilities:- Onboarding new clients and teaching them how to use the company's platform- Be in daily contact with clients
- Conducting app store research- Developing testing strategies- Analyzing app store tests to glean insights and analytics which will inform and guide the clients- Broadening your knowledge of the app store and mobile marketing industry as a whole
- Delivering value by leveraging their suite of products to optimize clients’ app store conversions and mobile growth
Requirements:- 3+ years’ experience in an international client-facing post-sales or consultancy role, CSM is preferred- 1+ year experience working with enterprise clients – a strong ability to develop enterprise-level relationships - advantage- Fluent English – articulate and engaging- Experience in SaaS / app store optimization / mobile marketing industry – very beneficial- Long tenures in prior roles
