A start-up company in Ramat Gan is looking for a Customer Support Representative.
Responsibilities: - Providing support to corporate and individual clients by Skype, Email/ticketing and Chat systems. - Answering incoming calls by end clients and delivering excellent customer service. - Answering corporate client queries regarding fees charged, processed transactions and Blockchain coin delivery. - Connecting with end clients and responding an array of technical, operational and financial questions relating to their account. Reach a resolution with clients with regards to their inquiries. - Collaborating with other representative abroad via Skype and email.
Requirements: - English at a Mother tongue level both verbal and written is an absolute MUST. German/Italian/Spanish are a definite advantage.- Previous experience of at least 1 year in customer service / operations / financial compliance. - Familiarity with the Blockchain industry is a big advantage. - Familiarity with the Compliance and customer service procedures working both B2B and B2C. - Collaboration with employees remotely and in office. - Great organizational, prioritization and time management skills. - High level of excel and analytical skills.
