A fast growing ecommerce brand located in Tel Aviv is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their team!

Responsibilities: - Provide first level support to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail and phone. - Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with the utmost professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines. - Represent the company and product at the highest possible level and provide a WOW service experience
Requirements: - English is your mother tongue - You are service oriented It will also be nice if you: - Have a basic understanding of the e-commerce markets - Would like to take on some social media activities - Have experience working in customer service
This is a full time position: Monday through Thursday – 13:00- 21:30 -flexible between office and home Friday - 3-4 hours from home Sunday – 12:00 – 18:00 - from office
