Responsibilities: - Provide first level support to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail and phone. - Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with the utmost professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines. - Represent the company and product at the highest possible level and provide a WOW service experience
Requirements: - English is your mother tongue - You are service oriented
It will also be nice if you:
· Have a basic understanding of the e-commerce markets · Would like to take on some social media activities · Have experience working in customer service
This is a full time position: - Monday through Thursday – 13:00- 21:30 -flexible between office and home - Friday - 3-4 hours from home - Sunday – 12:00 – 18:00 - from office
