The Role We are searching for a DataOps Manager looking to step into a challenging role at the heart of the Singular client experience. Your work will impact the marketing operations of some of the biggest brands in the world, integrated partners, and Singular's internal teams. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain, analyze and troubleshoot existing data processes. To excel in this role, you’ll need to think outside the box to resolve some of the most complex challenges in our industry today. What you'll need
BSc in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience working in Operations, Client Services, Support Engineering, QA, or similar Hi-Tech B2B roles.
Proficient in using SQL or other data query languages to analyze data, and find ways to solve inconsistencies, or suggest improvements.
Familiar with scripting in Python / Java / C++
Fluent in English.
Demonstrated the ability to take complex scenarios and break them into well-documented solutions or suggestions for internal and external stakeholders.
A team-oriented player who is comfortable working on multiple projects at once.
Advantages
Experience working in big-data environments.
Familiar with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
Have worked with tools like Trello, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Zendesk.
Experience in mobile advertising.
What you'll do:
Own and manage Singulars data pulls and related processes.
Analyze and resolve client/ partner data delivery issues.
Serve as the primary escalation point for internal teams on DataOps topics.
Work closely with Integrations colleagues to QA and release integrations that were created or updated.
Evaluate and report on operational data, resulting in data-driven projects that address inefficiencies and overall data quality.
Work cross-functionally with every team involved in the Singular product, i.e. RND, Product, Customer Success, Support Engineering.
