As the Director of a Customer Success, you will be responsible for building out the strategy for a growing CS organization while leading the team to excel in their retention, product adoption and customer satisfaction ratings.
The company is looking for an exceptional leader with a passion for developing others, building effective teams, and helping uphold and surpass their commitments to their customers.
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience leading a CS group at a growing company. - 2+ years of SaaS or startup experience - Experience in managing managers - Superior data monitoring, analysis, and manipulation skills with proven experience in building reporting - Proven experience working with C level - Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity - Motivated by supporting others achieve success and growing individuals - Have an interest in technology, marketing, sales business and industry growth
