A global digital media company producing quality content for hugely successful humor and entertainment websites is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities: ● Develop and build revenue operations short-term and long-term strategy; lead team to hit appropriate goals, milestones, and revenue targets ● Set appropriate revenue-related KPIs; rally and motivate the team to hit growth targets ● Research, ideate and execute diversification of revenue streams across assets ● Responsible for ad stack and programmatic results across all formats - display, video, and native ● Build strong, positive working relationships with revenue partners in order to drive them to optimal results for the company ● Work closely with product and engineering on testing and implementing revenue products, as well as troubleshooting and QAing together with the demand partners ● Create and update revenue data flow focused on delivering actionable insights with clear and concise findings to the various company stakeholders ● Monitor and maintain ad quality/impact across our portfolio of sites, as well as any industry compliance and transparency initiatives ● Stay up to date on all industry news, regulatory updates (GDPR, CCPA..etc), Identity solutions, policy changes (ads and content), and key browser changes
Requirements: ● Minimum of 5 years of experience leading revenue operations teams in a publishing company ● Master of programmatic ecosystems and platforms such as Google, Rubicon, Index Exchange, etc. ● Experience building and scaling directly to consumer revenue channels in media companies ● Demonstrated ability to build and execute revenue growth plans ● Proven experience building and optimizing data infrastructure to manage monetization ● Experience successfully managing a team ● A go-getter attitude with the ability to both work independently and collaborate as appropriate; good at being a leader and being hands-on when needed ● Ability to address problems with a data-driven approach, resourcefulness, and attention to detail. ● Experience working with Product and Engineering teams
