    DWELL IS A PERSONALIZED ROADMAP TO LIFE. DWELL USES PSYCHOLOGY-BACKED-AI TO CREATE A CUSTOMIZED PREDICTION OF USERS’ CRITICAL LIFE TASKS, AND THEN PROVIDES THE RESOURCES AND GUIDANCE TO ACCOMPLISHING THESE TASKS. THE COMPANY SEEKS TO THOUGHTFULLY HELP USERS NAVIGATE THEIR STRESS-INDUCING “ADULTING” TASKS. 

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • DEFINE MARKETING STRATEGIES TO SUPPORT THE COMPANY’S OVERALL OBJECTIVES, WHICH INCLUDES SETTING KPIS AND REPORTING TO THE CEO ON PROGRESS

    • DEVELOP A FEASIBLE MARKETING PLAN FOR THE DEPARTMENT AND OVERSEE ITS DAY-TO-DAY IMPLEMENTATION

    • DEVELOP STRATEGY FOR THE LOOK AND CONTENT OF ADVERTISING, THE WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE CUSTOMER ACQUISITION, CONVERSION AND RETENTION

    • ESTABLISH THE MARKETING BUDGET AND TRACK RETURN ON INVESTMENT

    • DRIVE INVESTMENT IN DIGITAL MARKETING AND ROLL OUT TECHNOLOGICAL UPGRADES

    • MANAGE A TEAM TO EXECUTE ACROSS MARKETING, BRANDING AND ADVERTISING, INCLUDING DEVELOPING AND ENSURING COMMUNICATION ACROSS ALL TEAMS

    • WORK CLOSELY WITH THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT IN ORDER TO ACQUIRE RELIABLE AND COMPREHENSIVE DATA ON BOTH SALES AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE 

    • BUILD BRAND AWARENESS AND ENSURE THAT ALL COMMUNICATIONS ALIGN

    • EVALUATE THE CURRENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE THROUGH INTERACTING WITH THE ORGANISATION AND DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS

    • CONTINUALLY REMAIN UPDATED ON MARKET CHANGES, EVOLUTION OF TRENDS AND COMPETITOR ANALYSIS – SPOT OPPORTUNITIES IN THE MARKETPLACE AND DRIVE GROWTH OF THE BUSINESS

    • COMMUNICATE REGULARLY WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS AND EXECUTIVES, REPORTING ON MARKETING ACTIVITY

    REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

    • UNIVERSITY DEGREE IDEALLY IN MARKETING OR A RELATED DISCIPLINE - MASTER’S DEGREE IS A PLUS

    • 5 -10 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITHIN MARKETING OVERALL, WITH 5 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR SENIOR MARKETING ROLE, INCLUDING THE MANAGEMENT OF TEAMS

    • AMPLE EXPOSURE TO WORKING IN THE TECH AND MOBILE APPLICATION FIELDS: 

    • FAMILIARITY WITH STRATEGIC MARKETING CAMPAIGNS

    • STRONG RESEARCH AND BENCHMARKING SKILLS – ABILITY TO WORK WITH BIG DATA AND ANALYTICS TO OPTIMISE MARKETING STRATEGY

    • OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION (WRITTEN AND VERBAL) AND INTERPERSONAL ABILITIES
