GigaSpaces is looking for a talented and highly driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in our office based in Herzliya. This is a unique role in an agile thinking company with an enthusiastic team spirit and drive to succeed. As a member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for reaching out to new potential clients, conducting outbound/inbound communications, building a sustainable sales pipeline and qualifying each opportunity before handing it over to sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify early stage enterprise clients, interact with them through multi-channels (phone, email, social platforms etc.) and initiate the sales process.
Manage a funnel of leads via calling, mailing, LinkedIn, and other channels
Set meetings with the correct point of contacts in organizations and introduce to technology at a high level
Collaborate with global field teams and marketing to research, design and execute business-development campaigns in line with our strategy
Meticulous report progress and metrics and present periodic proposals to management on ways to improve sales process
Organize and drive attendance to GigaSpaces hosted events
Requirements:
Experience with business development and/or sales development in a hi-tech environment is a must (enterprise software knowledge preferable)
English (native or fluent level).
German and/or French is an advantage.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels within an organization and determine decision maker
Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools
Quick learner, detail-oriented, passionate, positive, enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to succeed
Self-starter with good time management skills, able to work individually as well as a part of a team
