An international E-commerce company that sells consumer product brands is looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to join their Tel Aviv office!
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has a Masters in Finance or an MBA, has 2+ years of experience being responsible for the P&L of a company, and is a sharp, hardworking individual with a get-it-done mentality and a love for numbers.
The department is a remote team, meaning that you can work from anywhere with a WIFI connection. However, the company does have an office in Tel Aviv.
In this role, you'll be leading an already successful e-commerce company with tons of growth ahead of it. This is an opportunity to further develop your leadership experience as one of the leaders of an exciting company.
Responsibilities: - Owning the P&L of the company and driving improvements MoM - Crafting the company's strategy and tracking its implementation - Managing inventory across our different brands and marketplaces - Planning cash-flow in accordance with the company's strategy There's an operational element to this role as well. For example, you'll be responsible for creating operating systems within the company.
Requirements: - A Masters in Finance or an MBA - 2+ years experience being responsible for the P&L of a company - Experience managing others and growing a team - English fluency is a must
