Full Stack Developer

Hometalk, based in Jerusalem, is looking to hire a full-time SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in-office and 2 days from home.

Working on the dev team at Hometalk is a chance to work with a dynamic, growth-oriented, creative team. We are seeking a passionate, motivated and friendly person to join us in our fast-paced agile Kanban environment. Our developers are driven by challenges and love exploring new technologies. Our ideal candidate is a problem solver, able to quickly adjust to change and someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Our three platforms--Hometalk, Foodtalk, and Upstyle--are top online destinations for inspiration, ideas, and step-by-step tutorials spanning the home and garden, food recipe, and DIY fashion spaces with over 175,000 DIY tutorials.

Qualifications

English-speaking at a high level is a must (the work and company language is English)
Ability to work 3 days from Jerusalem office and 2 days from home
5 years of development experience
Experience in object-oriented coding in PHP and Javascript (ES6) required
React experience highly preferred
Previous experience with high-traffic websites and scaling
