A successful e-commerce company in TLV is looking for a Head of Finance to join their finance department!
The ideal candidate is a proven leader that's fluent in English (native-level fluency is a must), resourceful and organized, great with numbers, excellent at managing projects and has a reputation for integrity and hard work.
The goal of this role is to oversee all financial areas of the company, and the experience required is in having managed the finances of a company; including creating budgets, forecasts, business plans, systemizing the finance department, auditing and controlling, and overseeing bookkeeping & accounting (bonus points if you not only did those tasks on their own, but also scaled a team under you).
In this role, you'll be joining the leadership team of an already successful e-commerce company with tons of growth ahead of it. This is an opportunity to further develop your leadership experience as one of the leaders of an exciting company.
The department is a remote team — you can work from anywhere with a WIFI connection. However, they do have an office in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities: You'll be overseeing and designing systems for: - Finance Operations: AP & AR, Payroll - Reporting & Analysis: Dashboards & Scorecard Reporting, P&L - Controllership: Accounting, Operating Processes, Inventory Control - Financial Planning: Forecasting, Budgeting, Cash Flow - Legal & Regulatory: Filings, Insurance, CPA Coordination
Requirements: - A strong candidate will have experience managing the finances of a company; including creating budgets, forecasts, business plans, systemizing the finance department, putting together a team, auditing and controlling, and overseeing bookkeeping & accounting (bonus points if you not only did those tasks on their own, but also scaled a team under you).
