IceCure Medical, an innovative and fast-growing medical device company in the field of cryoablation, is looking for a Middle East (ME) Sales Manager.
Job Description
Implement sales plan, achieve sales goals and objectives set for the geographic territory of the Middle East. Maintain and grow existing customers, prospects and gain new business.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate sales growth by conducting physicians, nurses, and technologist training, account in-servicing, and procedure support.
Educate customers on products, procedures, and industry trends through the use of education programs and local hospital programs.
Develop and maintain an in-depth profile of each account to include customer preferences, competitive products and field intelligence, market activity, important contact/decision makers, customer feedback, and attendees in-serviced. Planning effectively to maximize time in the field.
Conduct strategic territory management and analysis.
Develop key opinion leaders.
Attend Local, Regional, and/or National Scientific Tradeshows and professional meetings to promote products and in-service customers.
Maintain knowledge of company products and competitive offerings utilizing the technology tools that are available.
Developing quotes and proposals for customers
Monthly tracking of SO/POs
Qualifications:
General Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration. MBA- Advantage
2-3 years of experience as Sales Representative in B2B surgical or medical device in international
High-level English. Additional language- advantage
This position is based in Israel and requires 25% travel abroad time.
