    International Marketing Manager!

    A leading cosmetics company in Rishon LeZion is looking for an International Marketing Manager to join their growing team!

    Responsibilities: - Responsible for planning, developing, and executing all Asia region marketing plans alongside the distributors (regional and per market). - Find the key objectives and goals per market and build a plan to achieve them - Responsible for analyzing and finding growth opportunities for the brand in the markets. - The primary point of contact for the market in all Marketing related topics. - Keep track of current sales status and objectives for the markets. - Responsible for all new product launches – plans and execution for the Asian region. - Identify trends and concerns to bring relevant innovation for product and marketing in the region. - Keep track of main competitors within the region. - Develop marketing materials to support launches and other initiatives compatible with Asian consumer's concerns and mentality. - Align with all other departments and make sure they are ready to support the launches and initiatives for the market and are in the know on all the marketing initiatives. - Ongoing daily communications with distributers regarding marketing matters (feedback, support, promotions, products, salon programs, campaigns). - Work closely with the design team and the distributors to approve all localization & development of new assets (translation and layout) - Customize POS materials for existing or new launches based on market needs - Work with the graphic design team to customize in-salon branding for top accounts - Work with the retail design manager to build customized planograms for the markets - Manage the marketing budget for the region - Work with the global marketing team and advocate for the Asia region's needs with all programs, developments, and plans. - Be the lead manager for specific launches/programs defined by the Senior Manager/Director - Work closely with all departments (digital, PR, education, business development, brand managers and sales (sell-out data and purchasing) to establish focuses and create a full 360 campaign and ignite all the factors to contribute and speak in "one language" in time of the campaign/focus. - Prepare and conduct presentations to the distributors, their teams, and internal departments. - Monitor the success of launches, promotions, and programs and recommend actions based on this analysis. - Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors in the region - Maintain market research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.

    The idea candidate possesses: - Project management skills: Operational with strong attention to detail and time-management skills. Able to multi-task - Self-directed: Independently and proactively identify priorities, takes action, and keeps relevant parties involved and informed. - Analytical: Able to identify both current and emerging issues and take corrective actions - Fosters effective working relationships: Demonstrates an inclusive work style (both up and down) and works as part of a team at all levels within the organization - Creative-thinker: capable of finding "out-of-the-box" solutions - Multi-cultural personality, curious about other cultures - Strong communication skills to establish a productive work relationship with partners in Asian markets

    Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of similar experience in an International CPG brand marketing (Cosmetics – Advantage). - Good understanding of Asian culture, mentality, trends- Strong advantage. - English - Fluent written and verbal. - Experience working with Asian countries - Strong advantage. - Professional Haircare experience- Advantage. - Bachelor's degree in communications/marketing. - Proven experience managing marketing budgets. - Experience working on digital marketing – an advantage. - Experience planning strategic marketing plans for international countries: product launches, promotions, programs. - Experience analyzing and developing new products for specific market needs. - Flexibility to travel and work extra hours as needed.
