We are a leading global software company that offer innovative solutions to deliver an effortless customer experience by customer service automation. We are looking for a professional with Sales Development experience in the enterprise software space to expand our footprint in Europe. The SDR will work very closely with the sales and consulting teams, based out of the offices in Israel.
What will you do:
Write & fine-tune compelling and persuasive content for written and verbal communication with prospective clients.
Generate new leads in Northern Europe and the UK through in- and outbound activities.
Engage leads on various channels such as phone, LinkedIn, Twitter, Chat, and Email.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead nurturing plans that drive meetings with relevant influencers and decision-makers to initiate opportunities that get to closure.
Qualify leads and help the sales team prepare for the meetings.
What will you need to succeed?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, as well as feeling comfortable to talk with C-Level Executives.
Experience with outbound calling with demonstrated performance in reaching leads, triggering their interest and bringing them to meetings.
Familiarity with B2B lead generation and nurturing best practices, including the use of digital channels.
Exposure to Marketing, Copywriting, Resume writing, or Recruiting (in that order) considered a big plus.
High degree of emotional intelligence and situational awareness to engage prospective clients in a personalized manner and secure their time and attention.
