A beauty company located in Rishon LeZion is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Managing the inventory in our Italy warehouse.
- Follow up FG receiving, inventory transfers, data management in SAP systems.
- Managing logistic processes in SAP systems(IL,UK).
- Constant interaction and coordination with internal departments: Sales Managers, logistics, purchase and accounting.
- Amazon portal – invoicing, dispute submitting, orders overseeing.
- Issuance of invoices
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as Logistics/inventory Coordinator.
- Good understanding in Logistic and system process.
- Fluent English speaking and writing (Native Hebrew).
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience working in an International company – advantaged.
- Bachelor degree – advantaged.
- Management experience - advantaged
