An iconic beauty brand full of hair and body products are looking for an Loyalty Program Manager to join their team!!
Under the direction of the Director of Brand Development, the Loyalty Program Manager is responsible for the development and implantation of new and current programs to achieve organizational goals and increase customer satisfaction and membership growth.
Responsibilities: - Assists in the overall creation, development, and ongoing management of loyalty programs and activities - Drive the launch of the loyalty program in the International markets - Work in alignment with the Sales Directors, Business Development Directors and distributors to adjust the program to the market - Responsible for understanding the hair salon loyalty environment and assists in developing innovative programs and packages that will cause clients to be more loyal to the brand, spend more money within salons, and continually choose us over competitors - Responsible for placement of loyalty displays - Responsible for sending credit requests to Account Managers / directly in SAP for packages sold - Ensures records of all loyalty package are up to date - Helps manage project plans and timelines to execute various loyalty initiatives - Works cross-functionally within the loyalty department and distributors to align with company- wide retention objectives, as well as ensures all loyalty features are properly executed - Works with internal and external IT partners to design and implement technology to support loyalty initiatives - Helps monitor loyalty initiative performance against goals to increase acquisition, retention, and revenue - Presents status and performance of loyalty initiatives to upper-level management - Ensures that Customer Service has the tools and information needed to respond to loyalty- related issues - Responsible for Salon Locator issues – ensuring all of our loyalty salons are on the locator - Responsible for resolving all display issues - Follows all company policies in regards to CSST - Complete special projects
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field - 3 years of related experience - Fluent in English - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) - knowledge in technology and website development is a plus.
