A top Tel Aviv start up is looking for a Marketing Operation Manager to join their growing team for improving Marketing processes and planning!
As a Marketing Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping the company grow. You will work very closely with the VP of Marketing and others in the organization to help analyze metrics, implement processes to optimize and grow efficiency using automated tools and data.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the creation and implementation of new initiatives at the Marketing department - Analyze current marketing initiatives to measure the effectiveness and potential for improvement. - Compile and present reports to measure ongoing performance and suggest opportunities for improvement. - Develop and implement new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations - Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to help track key performance indicators, integrated across Finance, Sales, R&D, and customer success, to ensure that business processes and systems are generating accurate data - Support day-to-day inquiries from the Marketing team, providing prompt and efficient resolution to a wide range of issues - Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives, and internal resources in order to assist the marketing team in accomplishing company goals - Collaborate with internal resources to ensure reports are translated to actions and results are monitored. - Become an expert in all aspects of Marketing Analytics, the funnel and systems necessary to generate them (conversion metrics, engagement metrics)
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing operations in a B2B software company - Hands-on experience with either Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot or a similar B2B marketing automation platform. - Strong project management skills and organizational skills - Curious, independent, rigorous and proactive kind of a person - Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics - Great communicator and can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to strategize and suggest ideas based on current and historical data. - SQL Knowledge - Must - Experience working in an Agile environment.
