DESCRIPTIONRiverside.fm is looking for a talented motion designer to join our creative marketing team in a fast-paced SaaS startup, in the hyper-growth realm of content creation and all things podcasting!
You’ll work with the Creative & Marketing Acquisition team, where you’ll animate and design videos, digital assets, and create visual solutions for ad campaigns for a variety of our marketing and general company needs, including Youtube ads, branded content, social media assets, landing pages, online campaigns and many other things.

3+ years experience in motion design, animation, and editing
Experience in creating ads for different online and offline advertising needs
Expert level in the common design tools - Primary After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop & Illustrator. Figma - Advantage.
Great design portfolio
Strong conceptual designer and thinker
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a real team player
Flexibility to work on a variety of projects with diverse audiences, formats, and KPI’s
An investigator by nature, who is not afraid to encounter obstacles they may not know and have the drive to solve them
Have the ability to lead a project from the concept stage to the last little detail
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
