Responsibilities:
Point of contact for internal and external interfaces
Provide support to their US team.
Point of contact for the finance team, petty cash, credit card reports, and invoice payments, etc
Responsible for all office maintenance and supplies (Kitchen, IT, office equipment, cleanliness, etc)
Handle ad hoc projects and requests as they arise
Requirements:
B.A. degree or equivalent
At least 2 years of related experience required (HiTech - MUST)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
A positive, friendly, helpful team player with a can-do approach
Must be able to work autonomously and be a natural self-motivator
