    Office Admin

    Are you motivated and passionate about getting things done? In this role, you will provide consistent service and support in managing all office operations & administration while making sure that things are always running smoothly, effectively, and happily. An ideal candidate is good at multi-tasking, well organized, hardworking, with outstanding personal communication skills, and a can-do attitude which will allow you to be a key contributor in assuring an effective and productive way of work located in Tel Aviv.

    Responsibilities:

    • Point of contact for internal and external interfaces

    • Provide support to their US team.

    • Point of contact for the finance team, petty cash, credit card reports, and invoice payments, etc

    • Responsible for all office maintenance and supplies (Kitchen, IT, office equipment, cleanliness, etc)

    • Handle ad hoc projects and requests as they arise

    Requirements:

    • B.A. degree or equivalent

    • At least 2 years of related experience required (HiTech - MUST)

    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

    • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize

    • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

    • A positive, friendly, helpful team player with a can-do approach

    • Must be able to work autonomously and be a natural self-motivator
