Responsibilities
Be the point of contact for our players
Provide comprehensive information regarding the products and services offered by us.
Work closely with other departments to solve player’s technical and payment issues
Phone and Chat support
Payment Support - supporting failed payments and closing payment with the customer of the phone
Requirements
English proficiency both spoken and written - mother tongue - a must
Online support (emails/chat)- a must!!
Customer-oriented, ability to assure customer engagement by managing support queries
The ability to address with complaints and resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner
Time management skills to enable prioritization of tasks
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Have a Can-do approach, be creative and committed to contributing ideas and practical solutions to the team
Strong ability to operate multiple applications and platforms at a time.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a high-pressured environment - a must
A Team player
Has to have experience with payment processors - an advantage
Previous work experience in customer service in a gaming company is a huge advantage!
Have an iPhone or iPad is a must - product only offered currently on it
