VIVID is looking for its next team member, as its Operations & Communications Manager. In this role, you will lead the company’s management infrastructure, with a focus on the improvement and automation of processes, and an emphasis on VIVID’s communication with its partners, customers, and audience.

What you’ll do
Be responsible for VIVID’s management infrastructure, with a focus on process improvement and automation of processes.
Assist everyone at VIVID in becoming more effective and productive: Seek opportunities to automate (via no-code platforms, semi-automation, and delegation to freelancers) VIVID’s team’s processes.
Lead the work management methodology at VIVID: How we measure our progress and communicate through our work management software.
Manage the communication with third-party bodies & suppliers (bookkeeping, lawyer, etc.), and manage VIVID’s budget strategy and legal projects.
Shape how VIVID is perceived – both in terms of strategy and of managing our communication with various stakeholders.
Manage the brand and pitching guidelines for VIVID.
Manage our website, social media and online communication. This includes communication with the most engaged members of the VIVID community.
Seize & initiate opportunities for interviews and articles about VIVID, and collaborate with Tal Ben-Shahar’s team regarding his upcoming book and publishments about VIVID.
What we’re looking for
Necessary qualifications:
An English native level speaker (or an equivalent with a strong sense for natural and native phrasing).
Outstanding in both verbal and written communication.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience (doesn’t have to be in a formal full-time job. However, we prefer candidates with 4+ years of experience).
Optional qualifications:
Technical understanding of no-code platforms (for example, Notion, Airtable, and Zapier).
Have previous experience in operations and/or communication roles (preferably in startups or technology companies).
You have a keen sense for prioritization, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
We’re operating in a fast-growing environment and a flat organizational structure. This necessitates an open mind as well as the ability to adapt, shift gears, and thrive in the face of new challenges.
You should still consider applying even if you don’t meet 100% of these qualifications. You are not required to have any knowledge of automation, branding, marketing, or any other requirement that we did not deem necessary.
