An e-commerce company located in TLV is searching for a highly-driven rockstar that's based in Tel Aviv to join our team their Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate is a sharp, hard working and exceptional operator with a get-it-done mentality and a love for numbers.
Responsibilities: - Managing inventory across their different brands and marketplaces - Owning P&L of the company and driving improvements MoM - Creating operating systems within our company - Managing projects: Creating project plans and delegating to the appropriate parties - Managing people: Following up with the responsible parties to ensure completion of projects - Owning projects completely and driving them forward– you are your own boss
Besides exceptional quantitative and management skills, the company is looking for a really sharp person who is a quick learner and 'gets it', and has the following experience: - 2+ years experience being responsible for the P&L of a company - 1+ year experience managing inventory - Experience managing others and growing a team - Fluent in English
