VIVID is looking for its next team member, as a Product Manager & Data Specialist. In this role, you will lead the company’s product management processes, with a focus on a data-driven approach.

What you’ll do
Lead VIVID’s product backlog in collaboration with the CTO, and manage VIVID’s roadmap in collaboration with the CEO.
Lead our research on engagement and impact measurement, and incorporate findings into the product backlog. We estimate that this will take up 60% of this position’s time.
This includes not only in-app data, but also surveys, focus groups, interviews, and communication with the VIVID community’s most engaged members.
Manage VIVID’s QA processes in collaboration with the CTO.
Lead the company’s competitive analysis.
What we’re looking for
Have a deep experience and passion for data analysis and user research. Knowledge of SQL queries is a requirement.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis roles is required (preferably in startups or technology companies).
We do not look for prior product management experience, but we do require good judgment about user experience.
Have a keen sense for prioritization, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
You are strategic and innovative and can envisage what a great future-state looks like and execute programs to realize it.
Proficient in English, especially in written communication.
Experience with BigQuery or Mixpanel.
Experience working in a product management department.
Experience with user experience platforms, such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
