    R&D Team Lead

    We are currently looking for a R&D Team Lead to join our fast-growing company. This is a full-time position, and you’ll enjoy a hybrid work model when joining us (our office is in Tel Aviv).


    The ideal candidate is a stellar leader who has extensive people management experience. You are an enthusiastic problem-solver who can handle and thrive in a high-intensity and fast-paced work environment.     • Lead and mentor a team of highly talented and experienced developers.

    • Help the team overcome obstacles and execute a roadmap by setting clear goals, defining tasks, managing timelines, optimizing processes, and finding alternative solutions when needed.

    • Centralize the team's activities, including - but not limited to - product development cycle, sprint management, bug management, and managing technical questions from clients.

    • Be responsible for ongoing syncs and communication with other teams, and take part in decision-making processes about the product and its features.

    • Fully participate in team planning, recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching to continuously improve the team’s performance.

    Must-haves:

    • Minimum 4 years of management experience (proven experience leading R&D teams)

    • Experience as a Full Stack developer

    • Team player with excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in English and Hebrew

    • Startup experience and/or experience working directly with c-level management

    • Strong technical and analytical skills: ability to work with numbers and make data-driven decisions

    • Ownership, accountability, and the ability to show initiative and go the extra mile

    • Highly organized, a master at process optimization, time management, and prioritization

    • An uncompromising can-do attitude, and strong problem-solving skills

    Nice to have:

    • Experience in a B2B SaaS company
