Now, we’re looking for a driven Revenue Operations Specialist who will work directly with new and existing clients.
Sales operations aim to reduce friction in the sales process, so salespeople are successful in their day-to-day activities and can focus more on sales and customer-facing time.
The role includes:
Understanding the buyer journey.
Help start-up companies to define their marketing & sales strategy (Lead to cash).
Always look for more opportunities and improvements in clients’ work processes to help his sales team sell more and spend less time on operational tasks.
Analyze data and reports to add value to the client and consult him on strategic actions they can take to improve their performance.
Be a trusted advisor to clients.
Manage multiple client accounts
Overtime: acquiring of own client pipeline
Strongly preferred:
Experience in sales, marketing, or service.
Experience in set sales processes in companies, which will lead them to revenue growth, using best practices
Fast learner & willingness to learn both guided as well as Auto-didactically
Experience in working with CRM platforms (Hubspot \ salesforce especially)
Other sales tools experience (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)- are an advantage
Experience in working with customers independently
Ability to switch between clients instantaneously
Demonstrated history of showing initiative
