A start-up company is looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in Tel Aviv.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads and recruiting applicants for future Israel trips. You will be expected to exceed recruitment goals by communicating with applicants and guiding them through the entire sign-up process.
Responsibilities:- Communicate with people to sign up for a trip- Generate new leads for future and current trips- Oversee applicants & leads are being moved through the registration process- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly recruitment goals- Ensure interested applicants choose their company for their Israel trip
Requirements: - Sales / business development experience - preferred- Ability to work from 7PM-2AM- Excellent communication and written skills.- Ability to persuade, lead, and confidently handle objections- Strong work ethic with a desire to exceed target goals- They are looking for uncommonly good sales professionals with a highly collaborative, value-driven, honest, and direct approach to delivering customer success.
