A Tel Aviv based start up is looking for an experienced Sales Director to join their team!
Responsibilities: - Own all plans and strategies for building and optimizing sales funnels to achieve the company’s sales goals - Land and expand: build the processes for outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion - Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals - Build and manage sales teams - Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing - Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development - Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers
Requirements: - 7 years of relevant sales experience including management of SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quota Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them - Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. - Fluent in English
