A start-up in the field of AI is looking for a Sales Director to join their Tel Aviv team!
This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of a fast-growing startup. You would own the sales number, build the sales team from the ground up and work closely with the CEO on go to market.
Responsibilities: - Report to the CEO and take an active part in the company’s leadership team. - Take an active part in forming the company’s strategy and go to market along with the head of marketing and CEO. - Work with the product team to fine-tune the offering and advise on the product roadmap. - Hire, onboard, and lead a team of 4 account executives, and additional supporting roles (SDR’s, CSM’s)
Sales process responsibilities: - Create a repeatable, efficient and well-documented sales process - stages, entry criteria, exit criteria, pilot, etc. o Lead by example, own a small number in addition to the team’s overall number. - Establish, develop, and grow new business relationships with influential contacts. - Focus on understanding an organization's business drivers, challenges, pain points. - Build strong relationships with customers and own customer growth (upsell, cross-sell, etc.) - Maintain a clear and up-to-date status in the CRM, provide sales forecast on an ongoing basis.
Requirements - Track record of overachieving personal and team sales goals. - 3+ years of experience in leading a sales team of 5+ AE’s in a SaaS sales environment - Experience in companies going 0 to 10m in revenue, and eagerness to do it again. - Experience in selling sales tools - Major advantage - Drive to succeed and a proven ability to be resilient and overcome challenges. - Tons of energy, passion, excitement, and enthusiasm. - Willingness to work US East coast hours 9am – 5pm ET. - English – Native.
