A tourism-based company that organises youth tours to Israel is looking for a Sales Manager to join their TLV team!
The role entails recruiting new participants, generating leads and assisting with logistics.
Responsibilities: - Sales Training & Communication: (Scripts, Weekly Trainings) - Reach Out Plan: Delegation of Leads accordingly (Weekly) - Work-Improve Funnel for Lead Gen and Participant registration with Marketing - Lead Gen: Consistently researching & implementing new recruitment ideas.) - Management of Flight Requests based off demand - Management of Admin / Customer Service Manager (these are the responsibilities of the Admin Manager) - Smart Placement of Participants: Adding new buses, waitlists, grouping friends, releasing seats on time) - Customer Communication: Email, Social Channels, Live Chat, Community Forum / Group, - Travel Documents: Passports, Medical, Forms - Applicant Eligibility Review Process - Receiving and processing Cancelled Applicants (Refunds, Waitlists, etc) - Solving Customer Facing Issues - Collecting Travel Documents: Extensions, Passports, Medical, Insurance, etc) - Flights - Ordering flights, Landing Reports for Staff, Field, Birthright - CRM Management and Training (Leads, Employees) - ChatBot Management - Live Chat Management - Phone Dialer System Management
Requirements: - 2+ years experience in sales / business development / recruitment - Experience managing a team - Mother tongue English
