A dynamic, well-funded start-up company in the IT Security field is looking for a Sales Manager to join their Tel Aviv team! The company is looking for highly motivated individuals to join them in their mission to change the future of information technology.
Responsibilities: - Drive and manage a healthy and robust pipeline of sales activity to assure quarterly and annual quotas are met or exceeded. - Optimize sales messaging and assure alignment with company messaging. - Demonstrate our platform to potential customers. - Develop and present proposals to customers with information that demonstrates the value of the company’s solutions to meet the customer’s business objectives.
Requirements: - Avid hunter with proven prospecting skills, consistently opening doors to new leads, actively reaching out to their target audience. - Mother Tongue level English speaker – A must. - Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication, able to build relationships easily and retain them over time. - Manage partnerships with integrators and managed service providers. - Expertise leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders, while documenting and communicating. - Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business. - Experienced working with multi-level decision-makers to drive proposals. - Experience with HubSpot, Kubernetes, and Linux – A plus. - Experience with enterprise-oriented sales pipelines
