An iconic cosmetic brand is looking for a Sales Manager-TR Asia to join their Tel Aviv team!
The Sales Manager works with and assists the Head of Asia and Global VP TR in achieving the region’s sales targets, developing a business strategy and coordinating regional needs with the international and corporate cross functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Asia Travel Retail clients- Primary day to day point of contact
- Support sales orders for Asia TR clients (Account Management)
- Ongoing tracking and reporting of regional sales performance vs targets (Sell-Out and Sell–In) and presenting to management weekly/monthly
- Developing and maintaining the TR marketing budget and P&L – Monthly report actual vs budget
- Coordinating marketing/promotional activities, supply chain supervision and invoices
- Proactively analyzing sets assortment performance to design recommendations for the global team in NY
- Assist in developing a business strategy that will help in achieving the sales targets
- Identify new distribution opportunities
- Keep track of main competitors within the region and channel- Pricing strategy and positioning- Monthly report
- Maintain by market data files (Inc. SAP) - Door count, assortment, Pricing, launch information-product codes etc...
- Assist in coordination and planning of events and trade shows
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in communications, marketing and/or related fields.
- 2 years of similar experience in Marketing / Sales/ Brand management (Travel Retail industry advantage)
- English Native speaking (or level of mother tongue) and Hebrew (basic speaking/understanding).
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience working in an International company – advantage.
- High level of integrity.
- Organized & with ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
