A TLV based start up in the field of AI is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales development professional. You will own the creation of the sales development playbook and will be a crucial part of the company's go to market strategy.
You will be performing outbound calls/ emails/ social connections and following up on inbound leads, with the key goal of booking qualified meetings. For the right candidate there is a potential to transition into a team lead position in the future.
Responsibilities: - Working closely with the CEO and marketing to build the sales development playbook (messaging, sequences, cadence, tools, etc.). - Outbound outreach to prospects in target market and booking introduction calls - Follow up with inbound leads rapidly to assess intent and book meetings where relevant - Master and deliver the Second Nature value proposition and points of differentiation points - Accurately log, track, and maintain records using Salesforce/ Hubspot - Establish, develop, and grow new business relationships with influential contacts - Focus on understanding target organizations’ business drivers, challenges, pain points
Requirements: - 1-3 years experience in Sales Development role(s) in SaaS. - Experience in selling sales tools – major advantage - Drive to succeed and a proven ability to be resilient and overcome challenges - Tons of energy, passion, excitement, and enthusiasm - Willingness to work US East coast hours 9am – 5pm ET - Mother tongue English
