This company is looking for a Senior Financial Manager to join our Finance team as the owner of all traditional treasury operations. This newly created role will be responsible for all treasury operations, including strategic vision and execution in a complex environment.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing of financial reports (P&L, CashFlow Statement, Balance sheets)
• Current financial management of money treasures
• Managing relationships with existing and new banks and other financial institutions, including supporting treasury needs for both corporate operations and support network growth
• Managing and mitigating risks related to treasury operations, including cash and investment management, payment processing, funding processes, and security of crypto-currency holdings
• Work with technical and security teams to ensure best practices for stewardship of cryptocurrency are implemented and maintained
• Proceeding with period-end processes, and the preparation of quarter, half-year, and annual consolidated accounts.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance (essential).
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Prior experience in a hands-on treasury operations role
• Demonstrated experience with the selection and effective implementation of treasury management systems
• Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Accuracy and responsibility
• Strong computer skills in Excel, experience in online banking and accounting systems
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Ability to influence at the leadership level
