An e-commerce company in Tel Aviv is searching for a savvy Social Media & Community Manager to join their growing media team.
You will be responsible for strengthening the brand online through high-quality content and conversations and for growing audiences on social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Create and share engaging content, including static images and videos, on a daily basis
- Collaborate with other team members, including the Digital Marketing Manager and Video Editor, as well as external vendors to ensure high-quality content and brand consistency
- Manage and grow our portfolio of influencers and creators
- Manage the flow of creative assets from influencers, creators, customers, graphic designers and video editors
- Monitor customer comments and reviews and respond as needed
- Track, analyze and report social media metrics on a periodic basis
- Act as an ongoing educational resource by continually staying informed of industry trends and best practices
- 1-2 years of social media management experience
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, with an emphasis on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Exceptional written communication skills in English
- Experience with Photoshop and/or Canva
- A good eye for creating compelling content across visual and written mediums
