A cyber security company in Ra’anana is looking for a Support Engineer to join their team!
As Support Engineers, you will be responsible for providing quality technical support to worldwide customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond in a professional and timely manner to customers’ inquiries via ticket, email and telephone. - Take ownership of customer reported issues (mostly technical) and see problems through to resolution. - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system issues. - Refer to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions. - Learn about product updates and new related technologies.
Requirements: - Experience in high technology - Experience in IT and network security - a great advantage - Good presentation skills and comfortable with web meeting, email and phone communications - Speak and write English at ‘mother tongue’ level, Other spoken languages (mainly German and Dutch) are a great advantage. - Experience in programming or familiarity with source code testing tools is a huge plus - Comfortable working in a small, widely distributed, international organization
