Brix Software is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist with our rapid growth. You will be the first point of contact for candidates of our rapidly growing company full of very talented high performers. You will be responsible for end to end recruitment processes, as well as collaborating with the team on Employee Referral Programs, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing and other talent related projects. You will help us create a truly innovative Talent Acquisition team and process.
This is a remote/work from home position in Israel.

REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years in Talent Acquisition at tech companies in Israel.
Experience with Zoom, phone and frontal interviews.
Expert level knowledge in sourcing methodologies with proven skills in sourcing passive technology professionals and proven skills in developing candidate pipelines. (knowledge of Boolean searches, Linkedin Recruiter, X-ray, etc).
Experience using data-driven sourcing decisions and can create insightful reports.
Worked with KPIs and SLAs.
Proven experience in creating content (from blogs to emails to videos, yourself, as well as enlist internal and external content creators).
Social media presence and can attract followers and keep them engaged.
Experience with Canva/Crello/Gifs to make graphics for job posts.
Strong writing skills.
Command of Microsoft Office ang G-Suite.
Native level English and strong Hebrew.
