This TLV company is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their amazing Video & RTB department. The role covers all operational aspects while leading the team and activity to achieve the company’s targets and deliver constant growth.
• Be responsible for strengthening, maintaining, and growing customer relationships and accounts. • Be responsible for achieving the overall activity and revenue targets.• Mentor and lead the team to meet and exceed monthly targets.• Initiate and develop new opportunities and revenue channels and develop the department's strategy and growth. • Develop best practices and define, design, execute and assess internal and external processes.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to solve problems, improve, and implement new solutions and share best practices.• Collecting feedback from the different business teams, identifying processes and areas that need improvements, and recommending solutions to improve the business infrastructure• Provide on-site and/or remote training for all business teams• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to create engagement, provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• 2-3 years of experience in the digital advertising ecosystem and at least 1 year of experience in Ad-tech.• Deep understanding of Video advertising, DSP, SSP, RTB, Programmatic.• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.• Advanced Excel skills and good analytical understanding.• Great interpersonal skills and a team player.• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.• Attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking• Creative thinking, a quick learner of new practice areas and technological tools.• Proactive with a drive to constantly look for opportunities.
