This TLV company is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their amazing Video & RTB department. The role covers all operational aspects while leading the team and activity to achieve the company’s targets and deliver constant growth.
Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for strengthening, maintaining, and growing customer relationships and accounts. • Be responsible for achieving the overall activity and revenue targets. • Mentor and lead the team to meet and exceed monthly targets. • Initiate and develop new opportunities and revenue channels and develop the department's strategy and growth. • Develop best practices and define, design, execute and assess internal and external processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to solve problems, improve, and implement new solutions and share best practices. • Collecting feedback from the different business teams, identifying processes and areas that need improvements, and recommending solutions to improve the business infrastructure • Provide on-site and/or remote training for all business teams • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to create engagement, provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in the digital advertising ecosystem and at least 1 year of experience in Ad-tech. • Deep understanding of Video advertising, DSP, SSP, RTB, Programmatic. • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills. • Advanced Excel skills and good analytical understanding. • Great interpersonal skills and a team player. • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities. • Attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking • Creative thinking, a quick learner of new practice areas and technological tools. • Proactive with a drive to constantly look for opportunities.
