A leading recruitment company with branches all over Israel, is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their Rishon Lezion office!
Responsibilities: - Work with hiring managers, define their hiring needs and strategies, source for positions using multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline for current positions. - Complete phone screening and HR interviews - Produce reports that measure and optimise the recruiting function - Produce job descriptions and develop social media tactics to ensure that the positions reach their targeted markets.
Requirements: - 2+ years experience in full cycle recruitment - Great interpersonal skills and attention to detail - Fluent Hebrew & English - Experience in recruiting software and social media – must - Experience in technical recruitment - a big advantage!
